Born and raised in Northern New Jersey, I went to a local college on academic scholarship. Trained 8 years after medical school and began practice as a Urologic Oncologist in Delaware County in 1984. Worked there and part-time for 13 years at Thomas Jefferson University where I taught Urologic cancer surgery to physicians learning to be urologists, and urologists learning to become Urologic oncologists. I stopped going to Thomas Jefferson University when I was 60 and stopped doing major cancer cases at 65.
