Dr. Sterling graduated with high distinction from the Schreyer Honors College at Penn State University and then obtained his medical degree from Rutgers-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School. He completed his general surgery internship and urology residency at the University of Pennsylvania Health System, including the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania and Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He completed a genitourinary trauma and reconstructive urology fellowship at Temple University.
