Dr. Moreno received his medical degree from the University of Southern California School of Medicine. He served a General Surgery residency at University of California, Irvine, and an Urology residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital. He also served a Fellowship in Surgical Oncology at City of Hope in Duarte, CA. He specializes in female pelvic reconstruction, robotic surgery, urologic oncology, and prostate cancer.
