Dr. Gaynor earned her undergraduate degree from Babson College and her medical degree from Nova Southeastern University. She completed surgical and urology residencies in New Jersey and Chicago, then a fellowship in female pelvic medicine and neurourology at the University of Iowa. She specializes in advanced pelvic floor and incontinence treatments and speaks Spanish. |

For more than 20 years, Dr. Amster has delivered compassionate, comprehensive urologic care, treating conditions ranging from urinary incontinence and kidney stones to complex cancers. Susan Kellogg Spadt, Ph.D., CRNP, IF, CDC
Susan Kellogg Spadt, PhD, CRNP, directs Female Sexual Medicine at the Center for Pelvic Medicine in Rosemont. A nationally recognized expert in pelvic floor dysfunction and vulvar pain, she holds academic appointments at Drexel, Rutgers, Penn, and Jefferson. She has published 100+ articles and serves in leadership roles in women’s sexual health. |
