Here, you can check test results, review your medical history, communicate with your doctor’s office, schedule appointments, and update important information.

Please be aware that if you are not currently active on the Patient Portal, you will need an activation code. If you would like to activate your portal account, please contact your office to receive your activation code.

The PATIENT PORTAL provides you with secure, online access to portions of your medical records, as well as an easy and convenient way to communicate with your MidLantic Urology physician through a secure internet connection. Think of it as an online account for your doctor’s office, similar to online banking or credit card accounts you may currently have. Once you are logged into your portal account, the information you view pulls from your own personal medical record. Only you will have access to your health records, including any messages or information sent to you from the practice.
MidLantic Urology takes great care to make sure your health information is kept private and secure. The PATIENT PORTAL uses https to provide encrypted communication between you and your doctor’s office. Access to your portal account is controlled through secure access codes, personal ID’s, and passwords. Only you will have access to the login information needed to view your account.
In order to have a PATIENT PORTAL account:
- You will need to be a MidLantic Urology patient or a new patient who has scheduled an appointment with a MidLantic Urology Urologist
- You will need access to a computer connected to the internet and an up-to-date browser (such as Internet Explorer, Safari or Google Chrome)
- You will also need an email address. The email address you provide is only used to notify you when you have a new message in your portal account. It is treated with the same privacy and care as your health records and will never be sold or leased. It is recommended that you use an email address only you have access to.
To activate your account, you will need to receive an activation code from your physician’s office. Once you have received the code, you will be able to create your own username, password, and other login information used to verify your identity. If you would like to activate your portal account, please contact the office to receive your activation code.
The patient portal is fully enabled to use API functionality. If you are interested in using a third-party application to access the information in your patient portal, please review the instructions on the MEDENT website for how an API can be configured:

Please register with your office staff by supplying your email address. Once you’ve registered, you will receive an email with the following instructions on how to access and set up your MidLantic Urology patient portal account.
If you are experiencing difficulties in setting up your account, need to register or have any questions, please call your MidLantic Urology office.

The first step is to sign in to your Patient Portal with the provided temporary password. The temporary password will be valid for 48 hours, after which a new one will have to be requested.
- Sign in to your Patient Portal account by selecting the link shown below.
- You will be asked to verify your identity.
- Enter your e-mail address and you will be asked to enter a new password. Choose a password that is easy for you to remember.
- Follow the password rules to make your password more secure.
- The temporary link will be valid for 48 hours from the time of this email, after which a new password will have to be requested.

View and Update Your Information
- Update your address, insurance, and choose a preferred pharmacy to receive your prescriptions
- Update your allergy, medication, and personal history information
- View documentation sent by your urologist such as education material and lab results
- Communicate with your urologist online about future appointments or questions you may have
