Dr. Smoger earned his bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania and his master’s degree in Molecular Biology from Temple University. He attended the Temple University School of Medicine where he received his Medical Degree.
He served his residency in Radiology at the Temple University Hospital and was named Chief Resident while there. He was named Chief Fellow in Interventional Radiology during his fellowship at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
He is Clinical Assistant Professor of Radiology at Sidney Kimmel Medical College.
