Education and Background
Dr. Fuletra joins MidLantic Urology after completing a fellowship in robotic surgery and endourology (the advanced treatment of stone disease) at the University of Pennsylvania. He previously earned a bachelor’s degree in economics, graduating Magna Cum Laude, at the University of Pittsburgh, then went to Temple University where he earned his medical degree. He completed a residency in urology at Penn State Health.

Dr. Fuletra specializes in robotic surgery for prostate cancer and benign prostate enlargement, kidney cancer, upper tract urothelial cancer, adrenal disease, ureteropelvic junction (UPJ) obstruction, and ureteral stricture disease.
He also treats advanced stone disease, benign prostate enlargement, bladder cancer, and other general urologic conditions.

During school, Dr. Fuletra’s talent was routinely recognized with various scholarships, academic awards, and the Penn State Urology Resident Hustle Award for always being “on point” and “ahead of the game.”
