Leigh S. Bergmann, M.D. F.A.C.S. earned his undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and his medical degree from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He then completed general surgical training and a fellowship in transplantation at the University of Connecticut Affiliated Hospitals. He went on to complete his urology residency at the University of Connecticut. Since 1997 Dr. Bergmann has been practicing urology in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania, and has been on staff at The Bryn Mawr Hospital.
He is also a member of the teaching staff of The Thomas Jefferson University School of Medicine and is actively involved in residency training. Dr. Bergmann has published and presented numerous scientific and urological articles. He is certified by The American Board of Urology and is a Fellow of The American College of Surgeons.
