She diagnoses and treats a variety of urologic disorders including but not limited to urinary incontinence, pelvic floor prolapse, voiding dysfunction, recurrent urinary tract infections, interstitial cystitis, kidney stones and complex cancer cases.
After graduating from Barnard College in New York City with a major in biochemistry, Dr. Amster earned her medical degree at Hahnemann University School of Medicine in Philadelphia. Her training continued at New York Medical College in Valhalla, NY where she was a resident and then chief resident in the urology department.
Dr. Amster is affiliated with Mercy Fitzgerald Hospital, Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Penn Presbyterian Medical Center, Roxborough Memorial Hospital and Bryn Mawr Hospital.
