Dr. Charles received his undergraduate degree from Emory University, Atlanta, GA, and his medical degree from Temple University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in urology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, and his general surgery residency at Pennsylvania Hospital. Dr. Charles maintains an academic appointment at Temple University School of Medicine where he serves as Clinical Associate Professor of Urology. He is the surgeon-in-chief of the Division of Urology at Abington Memorial Hospital.
In his free time, Dr. Charles likes to cook, golf, travel, and spend time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
